“Seat Of Our Pants is a great blend of musicianship and positive messages in their lyrics. Their harmonies are impeccable and their rapport with the audience is sincere and natural.”— Bruce John – Former Owner of the Shaboo Inn and current Director of the Bread Box Folk Theater
“There is something about the interpersonal relationships of the band members that make their performances so magical. They blend musically and seem to genuinely enjoy performing together. I believe the audience leaves feeling they were a part of a very special evening!” ” — Pamm Summers – Museum Curator at EC-CHAP
Since their last performance at the Buttonwood Tree a year ago, Seat Of Our Pants released their 3rd CD, “Songs of Rabble and Roots”. With original songs about healing, family, home, and a couple fun pokes at themselves, it has quickly become a fan favorite. Now in their 8th year, the band has propelled to the forefront of the Connecticut roots music scene with their unique mix of instruments, and what Anne Marie of the Buttonwood Tree describes as a “sweet soup of blended harmonies, uplifting lyrics an fun vibe”.
Always a Buttonwood Tree favorite, arrive early to get your seat for an evening of Connecticut’s own SOOP!
