The Buttonwood Tree is located at 605 Main St, Middletown, CT 06457, on a 3-way intersection. This intersection has a crosswalk system that shuts off after 8 PM. Pedestrian sidewalks run adjacent to the building on Main St. and Liberty Street.  Many local businesses surround our location, and some contain public parking, free after 6 PM.
