Transitional Tai Chi

Reduce stress by relaxing the body with movements of breath. Raise the body’s vibrations to tap into the Supreme Ultimate YOU! Held at Harbor Park (near the tunnel) in the warmer months, starting in May. Rain moves the class inside at The Buttonwood Tree.
Incorporates: Tai Chi warm up, stretching and exercise. Qigong Balancing Energy simple movements.
No registration needed. Donations to The Buttonwood Tree are welcome.
