Two sets of enchanting world & soul inspired repertoire with classical & flamenco guitar aficionado from New Mexico, Christian Andre Vincent, and CT native seasoned soul vocalist, Carol Piro.

Christian Vincent is a classical/flamenco guitarist, scholar and master ethnomusicologist specializing in Iberian and Latin American music as well as organology (the scientific study of musical instruments and their classification). He has taught at several music academies and universities across the south/west US where he also performs as a solo artist and for the master classes of world renowned artists such as Roland Dyens, Duo Assad, Ana Vidovic, and LAGQ to name a few. An aficionado of flamenco, he has studied intensively in Granada, Spain at Carmen de las Cuevas, Albuquerque, NM, Tucson, AZ and Zaragoza, Spain. Currently residing in New Mexico, Christian is an active musician and instructor on faculty at the New Mexico School of Music and performs regularly in Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

Carol Piro, a native of Connecticut, is a seasoned performing soul, blues & jazz vocalist having opened on stages for Martin Sexton and Bo Bice, and received the Gold Coast award for top band as a member of her former original project, Third Sister. She has fronted several bands since 1996 including a 7-piece swing jazz band, a blues & jazz trio and most recently with her rhythm & vocals trio, Indigo Soul. She is currently traveling across the United States delivering her programs in healing sound and is now adding this duo performance project with Christian Vincent to her rich musical life.
 
Together, Christian & Carol, combine their many years of performance experience to deliver a captivating repertoire comprised of Christian’s vibrant solo flamenco sounds & sweet classical stylings interjected with an eclectic mix of select lyrical tunes that feature Carol’s powerfully alluring voice.
