“There is something special about the interpersonal relationships of the band members that make their performances so magical. They blend musically and seem to genuinely enjoy performing together. I believe the audience leaves feeling they were a part of a very special evening.” – Pamm Summers, Museum Curator, EC-CHAP
Seat Of Our Pants (SOOP) is happy to be returning to TBT for the 4th year in a row with their own brand of contemporary acoustic folk. Since their humble beginnings at a coffee house in East Hampton in 2011, word of mouth accolades and solid performances have propelled them to venues throughout Connecticut and beyond, rapidly making them a household name on the Americana scene. With 2 CDs under their belt, they are currently working on their first all original CD, “Songs Of Rabble And Roots”, which they hope to release by Christmas.
They feature Mark Hall on lead vocals and cajon, Michael Frantzen on fiddle, Jeff Gorman on bass, and Carolyn Brodginski on lead vocals and whichever stringed instrument she decides to bring along for the night. Their songs are heartfelt and humorous, harmonies are heavenly, and have the perfect combination of acoustic instruments and band chemistry.
Wit the perfect combination of acoustic instruments and band chemistry, they blend musically and genuinely enjoy performing together leaving audiences feeling they were a part of a something special. This will be SOOP’s 5th appearance at TBT!
